What types of property deals are you interested in?
We specialise in residential conversion led property opportunities with a strong focus on commercial type property like: light industrial & offices or retail, including the repositioning of underused or vacant commercial buildings into high-quality homes. We also consider refurbishment projects, buy-to-let investments, and other value-add opportunities where there is clear potential to enhance returns.
I have a potential deal - what information do you need?
If you have a deal to share, it’s helpful to include the property location, asking price, estimated refurbishment costs (if any), current or expected rental/sale value, and any relevant timelines. The more detail you provide, the quicker we can review it.
Are you open to off-market opportunities?
Absolutely. Off-market deals are of particular interest, especially where there is scope to add value through refurbishment, repositioning, or improved management. We’re always open to reviewing quality opportunities.
What happens after I contact you?
Once you reach out, we’ll review the information provided and arrange a call if the opportunity aligns with our current strategy. Even if it’s not the right fit, we aim to respond quickly and professionally.
What locations do you focus on?
Our primary focus is on Liverpool and the wider North West, where we have strong local knowledge and an established network. That said, we are open to considering opportunities in other UK locations where the fundamentals are right and there is clear potential for value creation, particularly for commercial-to-residential conversions.
