Our Development Journey
At Spaces by Hexagon, we do not just invest in property, we develop it. Our mission is to unlock the potential in underutilised sites and tired buildings, transforming them into modern, functional, and valuable living spaces.
Founded in 2018 by Eiran Samuels, Spaces by Hexagon was established to bring a disciplined, design led approach to property development. The business is built on decades of entrepreneurial experience and over ten years of hands on involvement in the property sector, with a clear focus on value creation rather than volume.

The Meaning Behind the Name
The name Hexagon has followed Eiran since the very beginning. It was the brand name of his first clothing company in Camden – a symbol chosen for its natural strength, balance, and precision. But more than that, it represented the hard-working bee: resilient, productive, and always building.
As Eiran transitioned from fashion to e-commerce and then into property, the name stuck – a fitting symbol of the adaptability, work ethic, and creativity that continues to drive Spaces by Hexagon today.
At our core, we believe development is about more than bricks and mortar. It’s about adding long-term value, solving problems with vision, and making properties that people are proud to call home.
