Eiran Samuels
Founder & Lead Developer
Eiran is the driving force behind Spaces by Hexagon, bringing over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience and more than a decade working in the property sector. Known for his hands-on approach, design-first mindset, and ability to identify overlooked opportunities, Eiran works closely with investors and consultants to deliver developments that stand out in both function and value.
His philosophy is simple:
“Find the potential, create the vision, deliver with integrity.”
His career began in 2000 in Camden Market, where he built his first clothing brand – Hexagon – a name inspired by the strength, precision, and work ethic symbolised by the honeycomb structure. That theme of creativity, resilience, and building with purpose has stayed with him throughout his journey.
After moving to Ibiza in 2012 with his newborn daughter, Eiran continued to grow Hexagon through a successful international e-commerce business. That same year, he purchased his first Buy-to-Let property in East London. This project sparked his passion for development and set the foundations for the company he would later build.
Since founding Spaces by Hexagon in 2018, Eiran has overseen his long-term rental portfolio in a management capacity while undertaking a wide range of projects across Liverpool and the North West, including: Residential and mixed-use conversions, new build developments, HMO and serviced accommodation refurbishments and buy-to-sell schemes.
Caroline Ascroft
Principal Designer
Caroline Ascroft is the Principal Designer at Spaces by Hexagon, where she brings together creativity, technical understanding, and a meticulous, process-driven approach to interior design.
To Caroline, “interior design isn’t just an art – it’s a science.” She draws inspiration from each project’s brief, lifestyle requirements, and intended use, creating interiors that complement and enhance the architectural vision of every development.
Caroline is involved at every stage of the design process at Spaces by Hexagon – from initial concept and layout planning through to detailed design and on-site fit-out. This hands-on involvement ensures consistency, clarity, and a smooth transition from design to delivery.
Working closely with the wider development team, contractors, and consultants, Caroline helps translate design intent into practical, buildable outcomes. Her attention to detail and methodical approach ensure interiors are not only visually distinctive but also functional, durable, and aligned with the overall development strategy.
At Spaces by Hexagon, Caroline plays a key role in delivering high-quality, well-considered interiors across refurbishments, conversions, and new build projects.

Sharlene Paalisbo
Operations & Administrative Support
Sharlene Paalisbo provides Operations & Administrative Support at Spaces by Hexagon, playing a key role in keeping the business organised, efficient, and running smoothly.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, Sharlene assists with coordination, documentation, scheduling, and internal communications across multiple projects. Her structured and dependable approach helps ensure that information flows clearly between the team, consultants, contractors, and partners.
Sharlene is highly detail-oriented and methodical, bringing consistency to administrative processes and supporting the wider team so they can remain focused on development, delivery, and strategic growth. Her contribution forms an essential part of the operational backbone of Spaces by Hexagon.
